Why you should see a humanoid in person first

Every robot looks remarkable in a highlight reel. That is the problem. A polished video tells you what a robot can do on its best day, in someone else’s space, and very little about how it will fit into yours.

A live demo answers the questions that matter. How does it move through your doorways and around your people? How loud is it? How quickly does it recover when someone steps in front of it? How simple is it for your staff to start, stop and redirect? These are the details that decide whether a robot becomes useful or becomes furniture.

Seeing it in person also calibrates expectations across your team. A humanoid that greets and gestures naturally can win a room in seconds, and it can just as easily reveal that what you actually need is a quadruped or a delivery robot instead.
